Groundnut oil, is obtained by the process of cold pressing, of naturally harvested protein rich peanut kernels. The peanut kernels are cold pressed in a rotary machine (famously known as "Chekku" in Tamil) and is filtered using cotton fabrics without adding any chemicals. Ground nut oil has a naturally nutty aroma and is low on saturated fats. This makes it an ideal choice for cooking and frying. Additionally, Ground nut oil has longer shelf-life.
