We, at Native Food Store, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges unless the product was:
- Damaged on arrival
- If a faulty piece was delivered
- Order error
- Received wrong product
For a smooth return process, please make sure to fill the returns form carefully, filling each and every detail correctly. Failure to do so may result in the product not being returned / exchanged.
To request a refund for defective goods, simply contact us with your purchase details. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds will be processed within a period of 15 days. We will take the returned product and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your store credit account on the site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:
- Damages due to mishandling of product
- Products with tampered or missing labels
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
